Why 21 days and why not just 2 days of course?
Well, habit formation takes time. You waited many lives for it, just be a bit patient and spare some time. There is no cost and after few classes experience if you rather prefer what other things world has to offer to you, you can always drop out.

Who is organizing this course?
A team of Sahaja Yoga meditation volunteers practicing and teaching ‘Sahaja Yoga‘ meditation for decades. Sahaja Yoga meditation was discovered and invented by ‘Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi‘ in 1970, who in a very Motherly fashion helped people to take to true meditation in an easy way and connect straight to the Divinity and experience within us the universal consciousness.
